Dear Momma Journal, paperback

This journal was designed as a companion to Dr. Catherine Murphy’s picture book, “Dear Momma…,” which brings to light the challenges of being a new mom and learning to trust her momma intuition. It celebrates the joys and accomplishments of motherhood while acknowledging the potential for growth and learning.
Journaling about the moments and lessons of motherhood becomes a form of self care, nourishing the momma’s mind and strengthening her momma intuition.

It is a journal that any momma will come to cherish, regardless of where she may be in her motherhood journey, as it’s becomes filled with moments of joy and pride in all that she has done.
